Yoga nidra is union through sacred sleep. Infused with teachings from the ancients, you will be guided through a ritualized practice, while lying on your back, in which you are guided through each layer of Self to relieve tensions and have a visceral experience of your multi-dimensionality.
Yoga nidra is powerful medicine for the body, mind and soul. This state of freedom allows you to reprogram self-limiting beliefs and to heal your body. Practitioners often leave feeling relaxed, rejuvenated and restored.
Mantra will be chanted at the beginning and end to set a container of light for healing and protection. After Yoga Nidra, I will guide a short pranayama practice to support your nervous system to balance and your emotional body to cleanse and purify.
It is said that 45 minutes of yoga nidra is equivalent to about 4 hours of deep sleep.
